Organic Fertilizers

Transforming organic waste into compost, liquid fertilizers, and growing mediums.

Aerial view of a contrasting agricultural landscape with lush green fields and freshly plowed brown soil. Two tractors are visible, one red and one green, working in the field. A flock of birds appears to be following the tractors, likely searching for insects. The fields have distinct patterns and lines, indicating organized farming practices.

Circular Economy Model

We purchase four (4) types of Biodegradable wastes (Ashes, Leaves, Animal Waste & Food Waste) from farmers and the community. The Biowaste is the backbone of our GCES Products curbing waste problems/pollutions GHG Gas emmisions and seeing it as an opportunity to create this valuable product Empowering farmers with eco-friendly agricultural solutions and extra income.

Organic Waste Solutions

We transform organic waste—ashes, leaves, animal, and food waste into valuable, eco-friendly farming inputs.

Our products include Umufundo Organic Granular Fertilizer, which restores soil structure and water retention, Likwa Organic Liquid Fertilizer, a liquid fertilizer that supplies fast-acting nutrients, Supa-K Organic Liquid Fertilizer, an ash-based potassium-rich fertilizer for stronger roots and better yields and Iyawama Organic Growing Medium, a nutrient-rich growing medium for healthy seedlings.

Together, these solutions improve soil health, increase crop productivity, and support sustainable, climate-smart farming.

Bio-Positive Extension Services

Innovative extension services and hands-on training that equip farmers with practical skills to improve soil health, increase yields, and adopt climate-smart farming practices.

Precision Agriculture

GCES delivers precision agriculture solutions through advanced drone services powered by multispectral imaging, enabling crop health monitoring, early pest and disease detection, soil fertility and variability mapping, water stress and irrigation management, vegetation index analysis (NDVI, NDRE, SAVI), plant emergence assessment, yield prediction, and accurate field mapping. By capturing high-resolution data across multiple spectral bands, our drones provide precise, field-level insights that improve decision-making, reduce input waste, and increase productivity.

Aerial view of a patchwork of agricultural fields with varying shades of green and brown, interspersed with trees and shrubs. Long rectangular plots are covered with plastic sheets, possibly for greenhouse or protective farming. There are a few small structures, possibly farmhouses or sheds, scattered throughout the landscape. Narrow pathways and roads weave between the fields, providing access.

Data Driven Agriculture

This data-driven approach helps identify nutrient deficiencies, water stress, pest infestations, and soil variability with high accuracy. By turning aerial insights into actionable recommendations, GCES enables farmers to optimize inputs, improve soil health, and maximize yields sustainably.

Sustainable Water Management

GCES strengthens farming resilience through integrated water solutions. While Umufundo Organic Fertilizer restores soil structure and improves water-holding capacity, GCES also develops water reservoirs in drought-prone and low-water areas, ensuring reliable water access and stable, sustainable yields even under changing climate conditions.
